A straightforward question, “What lies ahead for you?” ignited a profound journey of self-reflection within me.
As I replied, “I am content at this moment” with a contented smile, I couldn’t help but notice a knowing smirk on his face.
He followed it up with a resolute statement that struck a chord: “You, my friend, are a transformative leader. You step into organizations, breathe change into their very core, and then, seek new horizons. It seems there’s nothing left for you to revolutionize.”
I was deeply moved by the compliment, yet simultaneously caught off guard, for I had never truly considered myself as a transformative leader before.
Could it be that the statement held an undeniable truth, but I had been unwittingly blind to its implications?
Perhaps my journey as a leader had been characterized by transformative endeavors all along, yet I had not recognized this defining aspect of my leadership until that moment of revelation.

Transformative leadership it’s a leadership style that focuses on inspiring and motivating individuals to achieve more than they thought possible.
